• Our most important rule is courtesy and consideration for other guests and our neighbours.
• The 5-mph speed limit must be adhered to at all times; the caravan park roads are part of the highway, and are governed by law as such.
• Owners will be responsible for cleaning up after there pets and all dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
• Strictly no commercial vehicles or vans on the park unless agreed by the owners.
• Noise is to be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 9am.
• Loud or excessively foul language or unruly drunkenness will not be tolerated.
• Pitches to be vacated by 11.30am on day of departure, late departure charges as follows. Up to 3pm £5, up to 6pm £10 reception must be notified before 9.30am on day of departure.
• All visitors must make the reception aware of there presence.
• All day visitors are subject to a fee and are the responsibility of the paying customer and must leave the park by 9pm (No exceptions).
• All rubbish & waste, ECT must be disposed of at the refuge area please recycle where possible.
• We do not have a car park area, therefore a maximum of 2 cars per pitch is allowed.
• The Oaks accepts no responsibility for damage or theft of any property, including vehicles, caravans and contents thereof.
• The management at The Oaks reserve the right to remove any person(s) deemed to be acting in a manner not befitting the standards we strive to maintain for our park.
• Please dispose of grey waste at the grey waste disposal point.
• STRICTLY NO CHILDREN ALLOWED ON PARK.
• NO CAMP FIRE’S ALLOWED ON PITCHES INCLUDING FIRE PITS AND CHIMINEA’S.
