The rules listed below are all common sense and have other people's comfort and respect in mind. Therefore, the general rule is of courtesy and consideration for the site and other members and guests.
 • Electric connections must be unplugged and cables put away to aid cutting of the pitch and comply with Health & Safety rulings.
 • Caravans must be kept clean at all times, we ask that you wash your van regularly to comply with this.
 • Grass around your van and awning must be kept neat and tidy, if you fail to comply with this rule we will take it upon ourselves to trim it and you will be charged £25.00
 • When a shared membership has been applied for, the principal member will be held responsible for the actions of his/her sub-members and guests also.
 • Adults (in this instance) are considered to be 18 years and above.
 • Owners will be responsible for cleaning up after their pets and all dogs must be kept on leads at all times We regret that those that fail to adhere to this basic rule will be asked to refrain from bringing their pets onto the Park.
 • All rubbish and waste, etc., must be disposed of in the clearly marked receptacles provided. Bins for small items are located around the park and your main rubbish should be disposed of in the large red bin(s) adjacent to the washing up area. There are separate marked bins for hot ashes and dog waste.
 • It is requested that radio / TV / music be kept to a reasonable level, so as not to disturb other park members and guests.
 • The management reserves the right to revoke membership at any time.
 • Awnings may be put up from Easter Weekend onwards and remain up until the end of season.
 • Strictly no commercial vehicles on the park
 • All pitches must be free and clear when not in use, due to council ruling we cannot allow storage boxes or trailers to be on your pitch.
 • You may use a non breathable groundsheet, but these must be lifted when your pitch is not in use. For all those that use a breathable groundsheet, these may stay down as long as there are no other sheets underneath as this defeats the object. Anyone who uses a separate sheet will be asked to remove the groundsheet completely.
 • All cars, caravans and their contents enter the park at their owners risk and the proprietors will accept no responsibility for theft, damage or injury whilst on the park, however caused.
 • When siting your van, please be aware of the distance needed between vans in order to comply with fire regulations (we will be on hand to help you with this)
 • Any guests that you bring on park with their own vehicle must be signed in as it our duty us to keep a record of everyone who is on the park at any given time.
 • The management reserves the right to refuse entry.
 • The management asks that any complaints relating to another member's or guest's conduct are reported to members of staff on site immediately so matters can be resolved at the earliest opportunity.
